dynamic networks of interactions, and their relationships are not aggregations of the individual static entities. They are adaptive in that the individual and collective behavior mutate and self-organize corresponding to the change-initiating micro-event or collection of events.[1][2]  A family has a culture, " the way we do things around here." The culture emerges over time that can go back generations. The culture is created by the actions of mother, father, child or children.

The family is always adapting to new circumstances as it maintains it's coherence.

Each team has a specific intent to continuously improve it's purpose. Over time teams develop a culture - "how we do things around here."

5) The High Performance Team

This has all the characteristics of a real team, but the members are deeply committed to one another’s personal growth and development. They far out-perform all other teams. The members form powerful relationships. Moving from a real team to a high performance team requires a very strong personal commitment. In effect, what is needed is a leap of faith.

NemeTubes are woven by emotion. It can be mapped by the changes in the affective wave. The aWave. the aWave is one of three waves. The cognitive Wave - the cWave and changes in the material conditions - the mWave.

In a high performance team, the aWave, cWave, mWave entangle and achieve coherence with the emergence of Common Intent
