Dmitry Sokolov Jessie, "The question is a matter of what one's interest is, whether in recognizing the natural system or replacing it with a distinguishable conceptual system."
STA Methodology considers co-emergence of thoughts (including models/systems) and actions. Ideally, all understanding (models) must be derived from the actual context. Probably, links in this page would be the most relevant:
http://confocal-manawatu.pbworks.com/.../Data%20or...
However, due to the enormous thought intensity of analysis of most of the processes (http://confocal-manawatu.pbworks.com/.../If%20you%20wish...),
we have to utilise our previously build conceptual models. Nature as such has no models in it (including "Nature is not a system"). Models are the product of the analytical activity of the observers/researchers. No researchers - no analysis - no systems.
We may think of all our activities based mostly on our cognitive and conceptual patterns adapted (better if in real-time) to the current situation.
