I help in the building of teams.
I am not presenting packages or services.
I search for people I can work with directly, to make us an effective team.
If there is no need for hands on work, including reflection, memory agent/knowledge management role, that's not a place for me.
If a reflection role is already in place, then a team is expected to have
- a list of participants,
- an action plan in hand, and
- a need and ability to join.
Without that reflection ability, teams will struggle to go where they need to.
A team may believe they have reached the limit of their growth. In which case their reflection role needs to be replaced or enhanced.
With a well constructed, effective team,
the sky is the limit!
