Dmitry Sokolov Peter, M Ichael, others!
I think, this idea is critical for EoST:
due to the fact that systems thinking assumes our World as a collection of interconnected and interdependent entities,
the activities of Systems Thinkers as individuals and not as a part of Systems Thinkers team/community must be considered contradicting the very principles of Systems Thinking. Development of successful practices of Collective Intelligence must become our current goal.
Due to the fact that memory and thinking can't be separated, the Collective Memory must be created and actively utilised, as a part of the Collective Intelligence of EoST community.
I believe, same applies to the Systems Thinking community in probably even greater sense as ST World is bigger than EoST.
I don't think it's a matter of a discussion. It's an action time! :)
LikeInMind is a Collective Memory instance with 35,000 interconnected nodes. A concept of new Collective Intelligence platform is ready to be implemented. The only problem is the funding. That's where your help would be appreciated very much!!

Dmitry Sokolov Peter, IVAN is not a tool, it's a way of building our "Collective Memory". Mature participants choose to build their PVANs. Others wait for the society to accept it as a "common practice".
I came to understanding: I have to keep talking while building the "Collective Memory" and patiently wait until "The Kid" is grown up.
"The Kid" will realise the existence of conceptual patterns and will build more other patterns, as closely matching to the situation and locality of each "agent" of "Collective Intelligence" as he can.
It's no more "agents" who will be perceiving, remembering and acting. It's "Collective Intelligence" of "The Kid" who will.
You probably was observing me struggling to understand for a long time, why STers can only talk but no much act. My current understanding tells me, it's probably "scale mismatch" between the process of Systems Thinking and agents those processes can realise. Systems Thinking is not for individuals. It's for "The Kid", our Humanity, who is currently 11 years old. "The Kid" will grow up, realise his existence, and reflection on himself will be the result of Systems Thinking.
Individuals will always be individuals.
