Performance Based Integrated Innovation Management System (PBIIMS)

Aim

performance enhancement of knowledge-intensive industries to be limited by the intellectual and analytical capacities of knowledge workers only.

Objectives

sharing of profit from realisation of the products with the knowledge workers “proportionally” to their contribution to the development of projects
no knowledge production outside the knowledge network is allowed

knowledge organised in modules and blocks small enough for quick finding of relevant knowledge nodes, comparison and correlation, for efficient analysis and time-critical decision making
automation of interlinking between the relevant nodes of the resource layers:

Elimination of the possibility of the plagiarism as the consequence of work in the Unified Information Space
application of combined principles of agile and conventional programming to the management of innovations and knowledge-intensive processes

self-organisation of the working groups
capability of the informational isolation of the competing groups during the development of the new solution
capability of the delegation of the independent stages of the projects between different working groups
direct liaising between the customers and contractors at the any stage of the project
capability of control over the project execution as well as the change of requirements and working group participants at the any stage of the project
possibility of the reduction of the costs of the similar projects in future due to the documenting of each of the operations and stages during the execution of the project

ongoing training of staff on the best practices and protocols of work with information
