To my mind “optimum health”, which is what we want from any Public health system, services for our tax portion,

The current one is i think we will agree is underfunded.

What I envisage and hope for future generations and this one, is a balanced and secure, mental, emotional, and psychical life (health). In full acceptance and respect of the statistical miracle of life generally and our own specifically.
