Nemetics is not a theory. It is a code and a method.

As a Code it translates any language of patterns into any other language of patters.

As a Method
the basic process, [ Notice, Engage, Mull, Exchange ]  taken as a unit, can be used recursively for better understanding and planning of complex social interactions, such as mediationcollaborationcollaborative learning, or teamwork. The general method is Notice the changes in the system of interest. Engage with the flow of the changes. Mull the Interactions which are the mechanisms of change. Exchange as most appropriate to modify the mechanisms.

NEME ( Notice. Engage. Mull. Exchange ) is a method to encourage the health of any system. When applied to humans as systems,  it will encourage the emergence of a healthy person.
