Motivation & Background

Palestinians are the only people on earth who don't have a national state. This unsolved issue is a result of the era of colonization of people and resources produced by a power system in crisis, which tries fruitlessly to find solutions. Then most of the issues are systemic ones, produced by the existing operation system of reality.

This fact forced Palestinians to look for new solutions in order to organize their collective abilities and potential into 21-century as Global Community beyond borders and statehood. This is the motivation for the concept of Global Palestine developed by Human Lab, which developed to be a model for wider humanity.

The metaphor Global Brain was coined by Peter Russell 1982 and has been discussed in many organizations and groups since then. It described a neural interconnected humanity. This concept inspired Human Lab and was looking for its development since 2007.
Humanity existing in fragmentation and competition has ever been longing for new solutions to become global community of communities acting in freedom as huge swarm of swarms with agility and maximum synergy along the mission of co-creation. The future trajectories point on new digital deep revolution by diverse actors around the world
Humanity can not overcome its collective challenges without the doctrine of collaboration and developing new strategies for group and mass collaboration.

The Seed 3-Steps-Formula

The embryonic seed engine of this application is an intuitive 3-Steps-Formula invented by the Human Lab centre. It is based on a conscious inner-call of any app agent or user for a mission. This “engine” supposed to be self-organizing framework mimicking nature throughout swarm sprints.

The 3 steps initiated in each collaboration sprint are:

Identify a collaborative mission, new or existing one
Together search for questions related to the phase of collaboration of the mission
Collectively answer the questions, summarize and document for the next sprint.

More 3SF.

The questions can diverge new or sub-missions during natural process of creation. If the new missions are sub-missions of the original mission, it get new level of complexity which need to be organized into a pattern language or groups of missions.

The Application’s 3-Maps

Three maps are needed to navigate and organize missions into the pattern of digital ecology:

Community Development and Solutions Map. A pattern Language map to design and develop community information and communication systems, inspired by the public-sphere project. Part of the information system are solutions library/Portal for all community and individual fields
Geographical Action Map. To map the missions along actions on the ground over several layers: neighborhood, district or village, city, governorate, state, country, sub-continent, continent, global
Agent or swarm member Spaces Map. A map around individual needs in social, cultural and educational spaces.

The Vision

The results of the swarms in action will feed the Application Ecology with intelligent currency so that it's turned into human centered deep learning machine navigating humanity by itself. A Global Consciousness Application.

Heaven2Click or Holo2Community, H2C App! Short name refers to the fact that we move freely with our consciousness as swarms in holistic ecology of collaboration.

Initiative Active Missions

Thanks to the 3SF collaboration formula the Global Brain Application Seed is ripe now and growing. It needs a drop of energy from each one of you. Crowd engagement along the active missions to be carried out through the following format:

Raising questions under the active mission as header 1 and sub questions as header 2. Answers to follow as normal text under the questions. Co-editing is allowed. Discussions in prior to be handled through comments. We are working on a prototype for the formula beyond Google docs which suppose to be a scaffold for building GBA prototype.
